The Summer Program is a one-week intensive workshop immersing in a single topic. This year's themes are listed to the left.

The day is scheduled as follows:

    10:00 - 10:15 Arrival

    10:15 - 11:00 Whole Group

    11:00 - 12:15 Activity I

    12:15 - 12:45 Lunch

    12:45 - 1:15 Free Tech-Time

     1:15 -  2:00 Activity II

     2:00 - 2:30 Group Sharing

There is also a personalized art piece created during the week to keep as a memento.

 

   LEGO Renewable Energy Workshop:

Through building models of a waterwheel, windmill, Ferris wheel, and solar car, students get to experience renewable energy, an important and timely topic for the future.

bullet Introduction to Shakespeare:
Theater, History, Plays. Learn the language, themes and Theatrics of William Shakespeare's work.

 

bullet Movie-Making: Use of Window Movie Maker and Pinnacle Studios to process Pictures, video Clips, Music to create original movies

 

bullet Horticulture Unit: Outdoor planting and cultivating equipment~ Composting, growing and eating! Learning about being  GREEN.
